Design and the Hilton way

and direct shoreline access written into the masterplan. Being first

Prices open at AED 3.15 million on a 65/35 plan - 20% on booking,
45% staged through construction, and 35% on completion in Q1 2029.
Scarcity is the second half of the argument. Two hundred and

this standing, and the penthouse tier runs to eighteen homes in
