The offices - an overview

Sanctuary Hive is the working half of Sanctuary, Prestige One Developments' tower at Meydan Horizon, set on the edge of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and ten minutes from Downtown Dubai. The premise is a simple one - architecture that works as hard as its owner does. These are offices held to the standard of a residence, in a building where wellbeing is written into every level rather than added at the end.

Pricing opens from AED 3,550 per square foot on a 70/30 plan - 20% on booking, 50% staged through construction, and 30% on completion in Q4 2029.
